Heavy-duty industrial welding units

Bmax produces two heavy-duty industrial welding units: MM450SW and MM600SW, which are made up of three parts: the power source, a separate wire feeder and a 10 meter long connecting cable between these two parts. These devices are excellent for high current welding with an outstanding duty cycle. A great advantage for welding steel structures and large containers is that the power source need not be moved, as the separate wire feeder ensures mobility. The copper wound transformer is cooled by a ventilator, which together with the separate wire feeder ensures stable conditions for continuous welding. The devices include a digital voltmeter and ammeter. The meter saves the last measured data after concluding a task. The robust MB501 wire feeder has 4 rollers. Besides the traditional functions (2 phase, 4 phase, spot), the WEL1.2 electronics includes the following functions: wire threading, gas test, soft start, burnback, gas after flow control. Although we recommend these devices for the production of heavy-weight steel structures, with a suitable welding wire they can also be used for welding materials from the thickness of 2mm.
